I find myself very annoyed, after helping yet another person trying to apply for a job online who has very low computer knowledge and would not be able to apply without extensive assistance. Here are the factors contributing to my frustration:

Fancylibrarian’s problems are with our system. Good points worth sharing. How can we move from talking to serving, particularly when library staffs are already over stretched and may contain people themselves uncomfortable with technology.
