This is brilliant! Definitely something I need to look back and read every once in a while. I wish I could make a graph to show the strides that I have made, not just socially, but in my job and academically since I’ve decided to put myself out there.
I think a lot of librarianship is about lifelong education and learning from your peers and mentors. To make that happen, you have to develop relationships with peers and mentors!
Plus, I’m counting on being hella successful! And shyness will NOT hold me back. It just won’t.
