How do you deal with life/school/job stress?
Knitting, sewing, crafting.
Dancing, swimming, bicycling, yoga.
Walking away, doing laundry, re-reading an old favorite.
Hiking, walking, stationary bike riding, reading and watching sci fi shows, usually. Big bag of salt and vinegar chips with a pound of dry salami if I’m not coping well.
