This is a tool I found because of a Designer Librarian post. You can either upload files or copy and paste and the ATOS Analyzer will produce statistics on your text. While it is intended for classroom materials, I thought it might be helpful to use on web pages. I ran our Downloading Ebrary Books FAQ though the analyzer and it came up with a ATOS score of 9.0, which is in the 6th to 8th grade range. This is a good thing as we are trying to be as simple as possible.
