C) data by BEA “Economic Areas,” which is program unique to the BEA that maps current real-world economic geographies across state borders when needed (examples: the economy of Miami, Oklahoma depends on its relationship with the economy of Joplin, Missouri, therefore Miami is mapped within the economic sphere of Joplin; the economy of Durant, Oklahoma depends on its relationship with the economy of north Texas, therefore Durant is mapped within the economic sphere of Dallas);

The Sequester is hurting our ability to get important economic data that might be useful in future budget decisions.
